- Agricultural Emissions Focus for Fellow

Winner of the 2008 NZ-UK Link Foundation Rural Journalist Fellowship, Tim Fulton, has left for his whirlwind tour of the UK where he will examine perceptions of food miles and what effect this will have on New Zealand and British agriculture and retailing and to look at the management of agricultural emissions. Applications have opened for the 2008 NZ-UK Link Link Foundation Culinary Challenge, the British side of the NZ-UK Link Foundation's Culinary Exchange programme. The award-winning young chef will travel to New Zealand in 2009 for a five week working holiday in some of New Zealand's top restaurants and hotels.
