The winner of the 2007 NZ-UK Link Foundation Culinary Challenge competition will be announced at the ceremony. The best of Trinity Hill (Hawke's Bay) wines will be served and the canapés will be by Peter Gordon, New Zealand’s celebrity chef, owner of The Providores and Tapas Room, champion of fusion cuisine and the founder of this competition.
